Returns- Because of the nature of products and services we provide, we do not accept returns, all sales are final. Please read the description provided for the products and if you have any questions please contact us, our email address is info@ojaei.co.uk , If you are unsure about what product or service to get please book a consultation with us.

if you have received the wrong order, it needs to be returned immediately within 7 days of receiving the item, the item must be unused, any signs of wear including but not limited to cutting the lace would mean the item can not be returned.

for custom made wigs, if they are issues with fit or colour. reasonable adjustments can be made at our discretion, contact needs to be made within 7 days after the item has been delivered. complaints after then will not be considered .

Delivery- We use only a tracked service for all physical products and when sending or returning items/products to us a tracked service must me used.

Coloured Wigs - We do the best we can to show our coloured wigs in natural light , the shade of hair can change in different light settings. we will send pictures and/or videos of coloured wigs before they are shipped, adjustments can be made at that point , after then any alterations to the hair colour will be charged at a new service or left to our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Hair Appointments

We allow a wait time of 15 minutes after the scheduled time, if you are running late. After 15 minutes, a late fee of £10 will be charged. after 30minutes from the scheduled time , the appointment will be cancelled and the full amount charged. if you have any issues please get in touch with us and it will be dealt with , considering each circumstance independently .

We take feed back well, please do not be shy to ask questions or request for adjustments while at your appointment . once you leave your appointment considerations to amendments will be made at our discretion or charged as a new service.

please when booking a service please read the description and ask questions if you need to, for instance if a wash is not included in your service and you will like on, this needs to be booked as well, this allows us to schedule properly and allow enough time for the service.

Bookings are non-transferable, if you have purchased a voucher or gift card please ensure it is in the name of the individual that will be using it , this is to avoid confusions or any mis-understanding. if you have any extenuating circumstances , this will be considered at our discretion .

I will not work on hair that is dirty or damaged, we offer washes at a cost. if you are unsure if your hair is suitable for a service please book a consultation , if you arrive on the day and we are not able to perform the service you will be charged 50% of the cost to account for the time .

if you will like an add on service please book it alongside the main service, if it is a special request not listed, please drop us an email on info@ojaei.co.uk each service has an allotted time and if you require additional services the time needs to be factored it , we value you time and will also not like to keep the next appointment waiting .
